⏳ At a little bit more than one month to enjoy with our SUP training camp!!

We have registered riders from Chile 🇨🇱 , Poland 🇵🇱, Belgium 🇧🇪, France 🇫🇷 among other countries.

We remind you what our SUP Training Camp consists of ⬇️

The Club Deportivo Parres organizes an excitating week dedicated to training from March 24th-30th, 2024. Two of the world’s best SUP Training Coaches; @daniel_parres and @trainingweek will be together to offer a Training Camp for seven days at Club Deportivo Parres. Also, the participants will share their training with some of the best riders from our Club.

📍Location: Arenales del Sol & Santa Pola
💰Price: 690 €
🕒Session schedule: from 9 am to 6 pm

‼️Minimum age to participate: 10 years old.

🙌Our goals for this training camp:

✅ Water training sessions
✅ Off water training sessions
✅ Gym training sessions (strength and mobility exercises, SUP specific exercises, and a breathwork session
✅ Specific Ergometer sessions to improve technique, rhythm and resistance
✅ Canoe training with Dragon boat
✅ Canoe training with VA’A 6 boat
✅ Video analysis and corrections
✅ Global improvement individual lines
✅ Guidance talks on nutrition, motivation, pre-competition, repair and equipment preparation
✅ World SUP Festival Downwind from Tabarca Island
✅ Technical Race Competition : 30th March.
